What should I do if my rental arrives damaged or not as described?
All items should arrive exactly as described by the Lender. If your item arrives with unlisted marks, flaws, or in poor condition, please follow these steps:
Document and Notify: Take clear photos of the damage or unlisted flaws on the same day the item arrives and message the Lender immediately to let them know.
Return within 24 Hours: If the item is in poor condition and cannot be used, please notify the Lender and return it to them within 24 hours of receiving it.
Request a Refund: Submit a refund request to the Lender to agree on a resolution.
Contact Support: If the Lender does not respond to your refund request within 72 hours, please email help@byrotation.com with your rental details and the photos you took. We will step in to help process your refund accordingly
