If you are looking to request a refund from your lender, you can do this directly on the Rental page in the app.
If there are any issues with your rental you must return the item to the lender within 24 hours for your refund to be approved. If the item is kept for the entire rental period, the renter will not qualify for a refund as per our terms and conditions.
If you click 'Request Refund' within the rental agreement this will prompt you to put in the value you wish to request. The lender will then need to approve. Once approved, payment will take up to 8 working days.
We always advise speaking to the renter first to communicate you will be requesting a refund with any relevant photos. Communication is key.
If you have sent a request for a refund you believe you are entitled to, and the lender has not responded to it within 72h, then please email help@byrotation.com with the reason for the refund and we can assist.
All invoices as agreed by users and processed are final. By Rotation will not support the refund of this payment and users will not be able to retract such an agreement.
