Lenders have two main options for fulfilling an order:

What are the requirements for shipping a rental?
To ensure a smooth experience and protect your investment, follow these three golden rules:
On-Time Arrival: Items must arrive by the first day of the rental period. Late arrivals may result in the renter being eligible for a full refund.
Proof of Condition: Always take clear photos of the item immediately before shipping. Refer to our "Proof of Condition - Lender" guide for details.

What happens if my item is lost or damaged in the post?
The sender is liable for the item during transit. To protect yourself:
Insure for RRP: Always ensure your postage insurance covers the full Recommended Retail Price (RRP) of the item.
Lender Liability: If you ship an item without adequate insurance and it is lost, you will be responsible for the cost of the item.
Return Address: Always include a return address. If a parcel is undeliverable and lacks a return address, it may be permanently lost; most providers will not compensate in this scenario.
How should I handle Bank Holidays and Sundays?
Postal services do not typically operate on Sundays or Bank Holidays. When approving a rental, factor these days into your shipping timeline to ensure the item arrives on time. If a rental ends on a holiday, communicate clearly with your renter to coordinate the return.
Can I change the delivery method after a booking is made?
Yes, you can switch between collection and delivery via the following methods:
Switching from Delivery to Collection: The renter should submit a Partial Refund Request in the app for the postage amount.
Switching from Collection to Delivery: If you need to add a shipping charge, you can raise an invoice directly within the app.
