How do I manage rental requests?
You have full control over which rental requests you accept or reject. We recommend Rotators communicate using the secure in-app chat to introduce themselves before transacting.
What is the Rental Guarantee?
By Rotation monitors all rentals to ensure that everyone follows our Terms of Service. If you have concerns at any time you can report a user directly in the app.
How does ID Verification work?
Every Rotator is verified before requesting a rental. Verification requires submitting formal identification such as passport or driving license. Please note By Rotation may request additional forms of Identity from user's at any time.
Are there restrictions on reviews for certain items?
For Bags, Accessories & Jewellery:
- Retail price over £500 - Renter must have 5 reviews
Retail price over £1,000 - Renter must have 10 reviews
Are there special rules for high-value items?
Yes. Bags over £500 must be collected in person for security reasons. The app will prevent postage selection for these items and display an error if attempted.
