When will I receive my payout?
Your earnings from rentals and resales are added to your balance as soon as an order is marked as Complete. To ensure a smooth transfer to your bank, please note the following:
Minimum Threshold: You must have a minimum balance of £30 to request a withdrawal.
Small Balances: If your balance is below £30, the funds will remain securely in your account until you reach the threshold.
Processing Time: Once a withdrawal is requested, funds typically arrive in your bank account within 3 working days.
Tracking: You can view the estimated arrival date at the bottom of your Balance section.

How do I check if I’ve been paid?
For Rentals 📦
Ensure the rental is marked as Complete.
Navigate to your Lender Dashboard:
Profile→Menu→Lender Dashboard.Here, you can view your current balance, initiate withdrawals, and see your payout history.
For Resales 🛍️
Ship your item promptly.
Funds will appear in your balance 14 days after the sale is finalised.
Track these earnings via your Lender Dashboard as described above.
How do I withdraw my balance?
You can manage your funds directly through the Lender Dashboard.
Access the Dashboard: Go to your
Profileor theMenu(top right corner).Add Bank Details: Your balance is displayed at the top; select the option below it to securely add your bank information, account number and sort code.
Confirm via Email: After requesting a withdrawal, you must confirm the destination account via email. You will receive two specific emails:

Troubleshooting Payout Issues
I haven't received my confirmation email 📧
Check your Junk, Spam, or Promotions folders. We recommend searching your inbox for the subject lines 'By Rotation Verification Code'. If you still cannot find it, please contact our support team to have your funds withdrawn manually.
My payment is delayed 🕐
Standard Delay: If your payment hasn't arrived after 8 working days, please raise a support ticket.
Bank Holidays: Payouts requested around weekends or bank holidays may take slightly longer due to banking institution closures. ⛱️
