Our team handles these requests manually to ensure account security and to prevent any potential conflicts with linked data or services. Because your username is tied to your active transactions, we have a few restrictions in place.
Are there any requirements before I apply?
Yes. To ensure a smooth transition and prevent technical errors with your transactions, your account must meet the following criteria before we can process a change:
No Active Rentals: All ongoing rentals must be completed and closed.
No Open Disputes: Any pending disputes or claims must be fully resolved.
Account in Good Standing: Your account must not have any pending flags or temporary holds.
Why the restriction? Your username acts as a unique identifier for contracts and payment logs. Changing it while a rental or dispute is active can cause significant delays in processing your payments or resolving your case.
