As a renter, you are required to build up reviews in order to unlock access to higher-value items and additional categories. Restrictions are based on the item’s Recommended Retail Price (RRP) and overall value.
Please note that some high-value items are not eligible for postage. In these cases, in-person collection is required.
Minimum Review Requirements by Category
3 reviews or more
You can rent the following items once you have at least 3 reviews:
Shoes with an RRP of up to £500
Homeware with an RRP of up to £1,500
5 reviews or more
With 5 or more reviews, you can rent the following items.
Postage is not permitted for the items listed below, in-person collection is required.
Bags, accessories, and jewellery with an RRP of up to £500
Shoes with an RRP of up to £1,000
10 reviews or more
With 10 or more reviews, you can rent the following high-value items.
Postage is not permitted; in-person collection is required.
Bags and accessories with an RRP of up to £1,000
Jewellery with an RRP of up to £1,500
