By Rotation restricts rentals of bags with an RRP of £500 or more from being posted, requiring in-person exchanges with proper identification. Reducing RRP to bypass these rules is not allowed, and any activity outside these guidelines or inaccurate listings is not covered by By Rotation, leaving disputes unassisted.
Some items are subject to restrictions to ensure the safety of high-value rentals and to protect both Renters and Lenders.
👜 Bag Category Listing Restrictions
Bags with an RRP of £500 or more cannot be sent via postage on the app.
High-value items should be loaned with extra care:
Meet in a public location
Obtain the renter’s full name and contact information
Important: Any rental activity outside these terms is not covered by By Rotation, meaning we cannot assist with disputes.
💰 Listing RRP Rules
Temporarily reducing a listing’s RRP to bypass restrictions is not allowed.
If a bag is inaccurately advertised or you act outside our User Restrictions & App Rules, By Rotation cannot assist with disputes related to that rental.
We monitor changes to RRP and may reach out if we notice listings that appear unusual. Ultimately, it is the lender’s responsibility to list items accurately and follow our platform rules.
