Pricing is final with no negotiations, promoting fair, consistent rates and encouraging longer rentals through discounted weekly/monthly rates.
We welcome all lenders to set their own daily rates based on the item and condition. If you are unsure of what to charge, you can look at similar listings on the app.
Based on our price analytics we have provided you with optimal pricing to maximise your rental revenue. You can adjust the pricing if you wish, but we advise you to use our suggested pricing. You will see a 'Use Tip' message when you list, which is our recommended listing price based on your set RRP.

Daily Price
- This is the amount the renter pays per day.

Weekly & Monthly Prices
- Perfect for longer rentals like holidays.
- These are slightly discounted from the daily rate to encourage longer bookings.
- You can set these individually within the pricing
Cleaning Fee
As the lender, you’re responsible for ensuring your item is clean before it is sent, and the cost charged to the renter is for the cleaning when its returned.
💡 Tip: Only charge a cleaning fee for items that need to be dry cleaned, ensure you keep the receipts and itemised costs.
Postage Option
- You can offer Royal Mail Tracked Delivery for a flat fee.
- The item must reach the renter by the start of the rental period at the latest.
- Renters are responsible for return postage and the associated cost.
All of the above fees combined represent the total cost for the rental (excluding service fee) and you can view a summary of this on the rental page where each fee is clearly shown.

Do you allow pricing negotiations?
All pricing is final. To ensure a fair and consistent marketplace, we do not permit independent negotiations between Renters and Lenders. Instead, we offer discounted Weekly and Monthly rates to ensure Lenders can provide competitive pricing for longer rental periods.
