To view reviews:
- Go to the user’s profile
- Navigate to the Reviews section
Reviews are grouped into:
- From Renters – feedback from people who rented items
- From Lenders – feedback from people who lent items
- Automated Reviews – system-generated reviews
A user’s total number of reviews is also displayed for quick reference.
⚙️ How do automated reviews work?
If neither party leaves a review within 14 days of a completed rental:
- The system will automatically publish a review
- This ensures feedback remains consistent and user reputations stay up to date
⚠️ What if a review seems unfair?
If you believe a review is inaccurate, unfair, or violates guidelines:
- You can contact our support team
- We will investigate and may remove the review if appropriate
🚫 What does a 1-star review mean?
A blacklisted 1-star rating indicates a high-risk user who may have:
