You can view your credit balance on your profile in the top left corner. Credits are automatically applied to purchases and shown in price details, separate from your Wallet Balance. If a rental expires, is rejected, or cancelled, credits return to your balance and cannot be refunded otherwise.
How can I see my credit balance?
- You can view your balance on your profile in the top left hand corner.
How can I apply my credit to a rental?
- When you select your purchase, the credit will apply automatically and show in the price details
- Please note the credits apply separately to your Wallet Balance
What will happen to my credits if my Rental expires, is rejected or cancelled?
- Your credits will automatically apply back to your balance and will show as available on your profile again
Please note credit cannot be refunded via any other payment method.
