How can I sell on By Rotation?
Only Verified Lenders have the option to sell items, which ensures that the users profile is authentic and trustworthy.
You can send a request to buy items on the resale feature on By Rotation.
If you are interested in purchasing an item, you can click the 'buy' button and a request will be sent to the owner.
Once they have accepted your purchase request, your purchase will be confirmed.
Please note, that all sales are final, and refunds are not available once the sale has gone through. We therefore advise that you discuss the item with its owner in advance of sending a purchase request and asking about any concerns with the condition of the item and the date on which to expect your delivery. By Rotation will not intervene with in-app purchase transactions at this moment.
How are fees charged for sales?

Can I buy an item that is not listed for resale?
Not directly. You can only purchase items that have been explicitly listed for resale by Verified Lenders on the platform.
However, you can always check if an owner is open to selling! To enquire:
Locate the item listing.
Tap the 'Envelope' button directly underneath the image.
Message the lender directly to start the conversation.
Can I purchase something if I don't live in the UK, do you ship internationally?
Currently, By Rotation operates locally within the UK and the US, meaning we don't offer cross-border transactions or international shipping.
