We strongly recommend that all rental transactions are completed exclusively within the By Rotation app. Keeping payments within the app ensures user safety, secure payment processing, and allows our support team to assist you effectively if any issues arise.
Transactions made outside the platform are not protected, and we may be unable to provide support, dispute resolution, or refunds in such cases.
If you enter into any agreement that does not follow By Rotation’s official rental procedures, such as arrangements involving deposits, compensation, postage, or late fees handled off-platform, we will not be able to assist with disputes or issue refunds.
Any off-platform agreements are made entirely at your own risk, and such payments cannot be reversed or recovered through By Rotation.
Engaging in off-platform transactions is considered “fee avoidance,” which is a violation of our policies and Terms and Conditions. Users who breach this rule may be subject to account restrictions, suspension, or additional liabilities.
