All payments including rentals, returns and purchases, are paid within 8 business days depending on your bank. We partner with Stripe to ensure all payments are processed quickly and securely.
How to check if you have been paid for a rental
1. Check the rental is marked as complete
2. Ensure your bank details are correct or updated, you can check this by selecting
Profile > Lender Activity
Here you can also see all transfers and payouts
If you have any issues with receiving your payment, please contact Help@byrotation.com after the 8 working day period.
Please note payments over bank holiday periods can be delayed due to bank closures.
