All payments including rentals and purchases are transferred to your balance when the rental is marked as complete. You should have a minimum balance of £30 available in your account to withdraw your payment. If your balance is below this you will need to wait until your balance is above the minimum amount before you can withdraw it.
Your money should be in your bank account within 3 days and you can view the estimated arrival at the bottom of the balance section. We partner with Stripe to ensure all payments are processed quickly and securely.
How to check if you have been paid for a rental
1. Check the rental is marked as complete
2. Check your balance through the Lender Dashboard by selecting Profile > Menu > Lender Dashboard
Here you can view your balance, withdraw your payments and see previous payouts.
If you have any issues with receiving your payment, please raise a ticket with our support team after the 8 working day period so we can check this for you.
Please note payments over bank holiday periods can be delayed due to bank closures.
