All payments including rentals, refunds and purchases, are paid on a weekly basis. You should have a minimum balance of £30 available on your Stripe account to receive your payout. If your balance is below this, the amount will rollover to the following payout schedule (i.e. weekly) until you meet the minimum threshold. We partner with Stripe to ensure all payments are processed quickly and securely.
How to check if you have been paid for a rental
1. Check the rental is marked as complete
2. Ensure your bank details are correct or updated, you can check this by selecting Profile > Lender Activity
Here you can view your balance and payouts.
If you have any issues with receiving your payment, please raise a ticket with our support team after the 8 working day period so we can check this for you.
Please note payments over bank holiday periods can be delayed due to bank closures.
