If you are looking to request a refund from your lender, you can do this directly within the Rental Portal in the app.

If you click 'Request Refund' within the rental agreement this will prompt you to put in the value you wish to request. The lender will then need to approve. Once approved, payment will take up to 8 working days.

Refund request reasons can include but not limited to:

  • An item arriving not as listed including cleanliness

  • Your rental doesn't fit correctly (App credits are given in the event of a return needed due to size)

We always advise speaking to the renter first to communicate you will be requesting a refund with any relevant photos. Communication is key.

All invoices as agreed by users and processed are final. By Rotation will not support in the refund of this payment and users will not be able to retract such agreement.
