If you are looking to charge your Renter for any fees, or have agreed an additional payment, you can do this directly within the Lender Portal in the app.

If you click 'Request an Invoice' within the rental agreement you will be prompted to enter the value you wish to request.

Fees can include but are not limited to:

  • Dry Cleaning costs if you have been unable to clean as per washing instructions

  • Late fees

We always advise speaking to the renter first to communicate you will be requesting an invoice - communication is key!

All invoices agreed and processed are final. By Rotation will not support in the refund of this payment and users will not be able to retract such agreement.
