If you are looking to charge your Renter for any fees or have agreed an additional payment, you can do this directly within the Lender Portal in the app.

If you click 'Request an Invoice' within the rental agreement this will prompt you to put in the value you wish to request.

Fees can include but not limited to:

  • Dry Cleaning if you have been unable to clean as per washing instructions

  • Late fee's

We always advise speaking to the renter first to communicate you will be requesting an invoice. Communication is key!
