We ask that our users take care of rentals as if they were their own. However, we do understand that accidents can occur. While significant damage and theft aren’t covered, if the item is damaged beyond repair or never returned, we will endeavour (on a case by case basis) to charge the renter for the estimated market value of the item.

But don't worry, our community is extremely respectful. In addition all users on the app require verification before they can enter into any rental agreement. Some items require existing reviews before they can be rented. Our peer-review system ensures a trusted and safe community for all. We have a very low damage rate across our platform.
